How We Work

Clients

1. 1The client registers and subscribes to the platform.
2. 2The client posts a job request detailing the needs of the client.
3. 3The client allocates a weekly pay rate based on their care needs.
4. 4The job goes to carefully vetted and verified carers who respond to the request by applying for the job.
5. 5When carers apply, they can match the weekly pay rate offer, make a reduced offer, or make a higher offer on the weekly pay rate.
6. 6The client carefully shortlists, interviews, and selects the carer they want based on what matters most to them.
7. 7Your chosen carer starts caring for you or your loved one and records daily activities on the platform, so you can access the notes on the care given from anywhere.
8. 8When the carer needs time off — or in an emergency such as sickness or bereavement — they book time off on the platform and a cover post is published automatically.
9. 9You then choose your replacement carer for the cover period, until your regular carer returns.
10. 10If the arrangement doesn’t work out, or your carer’s circumstances change so they can no longer work, you can re-advertise the role and select another carer — and the cycle begins again.

Carers

• Only vetted and verified carers can view and apply for jobs on our platform.
• Carers can only apply for jobs they are experienced in.
• Carers can apply for jobs with the option of matching the weekly pay rate, offering a lower rate, or proposing a higher rate.
